The pilot of the helicopter that crashed this Thursday onto the tennis courts of Manuel Belgrano Park (formerly KDT) has been charged, and the aircraft remains in the same location to continue with the corresponding investigations. According to information provided to the Argentine News Agency, the Flagrancy Unit North decided to charge the 46-year-old pilot with negligent injuries. Meanwhile, at the Fernández Hospital, where he is still hospitalized recovering from polytrauma, he was given an alcohol test. It was also indicated that the club opened its doors this Friday, but only to carry out mechanical inspections to determine if the initial information about engine defects is true. The investigations are being carried out by the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) and the Ministry of Transport's Safety Board.
